Bowbrook lodges are ready to enjoy from day one and supplied with a range of appliances. The lodges are built to a very high specification with an impressive “A” rated energy efficiency and are available with a range of upgradable options included extended models & en-suite shower rooms.

Kitchen: High quality Howdens units with solid oak worktop. 4 ring electric hob, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, freestanding fridge/freezer, freestanding washing machine, 1.5 bowl sink, extractor.
Shower room: High quality fittings as shown.
External: 4.0m * 1.6m timber decking with timber balustrades.
Increased Specifications
The lodges can be configured to suit your own preferences including the addition of an en-suite shower room, custom kitchen, bathrooms and flooring, and an extended version which is 14m x 4.2 (the Nutmeg). Please contact us for further details.
The area - Nestled over Bowbrook and Meadow, our retreat is brand new with all new facilities. A 30 acre site landscaped with 3000 trees, 250 fruit trees, lakes and wetlands and a 1 mile long path for easy walks. We planted the trees in 2020 with the help of Worcester Wildlife Trust to improve sustainability and provide a truly unique area to explore.
Terms & Conditions
Bowbrook lodges are holiday lodges and cannot be used as a primary residence.
The lodge has a 12-month occupancy period and is council tax exempt.
Over 55's only.
No commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked on-site.
The lease term is 30 years, one of the longest in the industry.
The maintenance fee, which includes full maintenance of the grounds and shared facilities, is £4,200 (Inc. VAT) / annum.
